Casting Travel Blank Suggestions...

I'm looking for a 3 or 4 piece travel casting blank 12-25# Fast Action 7 foot blank for trolling large spoons (Husky Develes) & T60 Flat Fish for big Lake Trout. I should also mention my line of choice is 20# mono.
So far the only blank I have found that fits the bill is a Rain Shadow IC837-3
I would like to know your thoughts on this blank for my application as well as any alternatives.

Regards
Dave

I have one built out with a customer for I think at least 3 years now. He originally bought it for peacock bass in South America, but I now think he has caught just about everything there is freshwater and most of the salmon species.
He loves the rod, but says he wants to have me build him the shorter version for throwing the bigger lures for peacocks, etc. as the rod wears him out throwing the big lures all day. It's a nice stiff powerful blank. Started building one for myself just yesterday.
Another option would be to have CTS build you a nice stiff 3 piece on one of their heavier blanks. Have built a few 3 piece med X-fast blanks and they are just phenominal.

Dave,
As Spencer stated, we can do ANY and ALLof the CTS spin/casting blanks in a 2pc. or 3pc. construction. We have actually done many models very similair and many somewhat heavier than you request for Bonefish/Permit anglers as well asTarpon anglers fishing with spinning gear...also done quite a few 3pc.blanks for the Peacock Bass Anglers traveling to South America.

Let me know if I can be of help.
