Batson BUL5 hardware Corrosive or not?

Hi Guys,
I'm building an 8 wt. that I just bought from Dan Craft. I realized that I only have BUL5 plated hardware for the reel seat. The insert will be acrylic but is this hardware okay for a salty environment? Bill or Kerry, what's your two cents? Thanks for any info!

I would use a more agressive seat with two locking nuts for the eight weight like the RA7L2 or RA8L2 as fare as holding the reel that is. The BUL5 Seat but would not be my choice for an 8 weight.
