Could anybody suggest a blank similar to the old Fenwick LB846 "S"-glass blank? Re: Similar blanks?

You might want to call Ricks Rods in Denver. They actually stock an extensive line of glass blanks and even some original Fenwick glass stuff.

The Lamiglas livebait blanks used to be very close to the Fenwicks power for power if I remember right. They may be able to help you figure it out, also I rebuilt a yellow Fenwick live bait custom rod for Dave at the front counter at Angler's Workshop last year, just can't remember the power, it was heavy enough to be a sturgeon boat rod. If it was the same blank they are right along side the Lamiglas plant and can help possibly. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
