Something neat for the butt cap

Finally found something I like. I bought some Cole 5/16" Personal I.D, initials from Lowe's. I put the initial of the new owner's last name in the recessed end of the butt cap. I set it level, fill the recess with with finish. Really adds a nice touch and customers really like it.

I was commissioned to build a quiver of 5 rods for George Sr. during his first campaign. At his inauguration, he gave as favors, Presidential Seal lapel pins. I did the same for him on 4 of the 5 (#5 was a 9', 9wt.). Feedback was positive. There are a million different lapel pins around.Sure can add a special touch.
