Not sure about that one, best go by mfg. suggestion, I skip from 8' to 10' rods.

Lamiglas and Rainshadow build Salmon/Steelhead blanks that come close but to get the lure weight most need to be a bit longer.

Kind of painted us in a corner with your specs. The closest I can think of is the Lamiglas GSB 114-2M, you don't see many blanks with your line specs that throw those weight specs.

its a mod action an only 7 foot though maybe not what your looking for but worth a look

All Star BESP1087-2 if you can find it (might be impossible or near impossible)... i think that will be real close... though its listed as a 1pc in my notes, i thought it was a 2pcer.

Now, that being said, i do have a friend that has been successful making pretty heavy spinning rods out of spey blanks by dropping a section. that may be a possibility.
