can anybody help with a guide spacing for a Forecast 1308/9-4 spey blank?

Just like the one I have built in my office - From Tip to Butt w/tip on - from center to center of guides..
4, 10 1/4, 17 3/8, 24 5/8, 31 3/4, 40 1/4, 50, 60 3/8, 71 1/8, 84, 97 5/8, 114 3/8. This particular one was built by Gary Anderson for the Batson Team..

Here are the Batson specs...

F1308/9 - 4
5 - 11 - 19 - 28 - 39 - 51 - 64 - 78 - 96 - 116 (Spacing)
5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5- 6 - 8 - 12 - 16 - 20 (suggessted guide sizes ) (Snake & UD )

I personnally use this spec except up the single foot guides I increase by one size...
