Folks:
Does anyone know if Berkley makes a size 7 SS304 in models BB, BC, or CCSF and, if so, where I might purchase them. The only source I am aware of is Netcraft and they don't offer a #7. Please don't beat me up if this is a question already submitted by someone else as one of you did the last time I asked a duplicate question. I only look at this site infrequently. I really have no idea. Most likely, unless you've seen a size 7 on one of the Berkley rods, then it's not offered.

Tom:
Thanks for taking the time to respond. Saw your book in Netcraft catalog yesterday. Will have to order one. Anyway, Let me ask you (or anyone else) if a spec calls for 6-6-7-8-10-16-30. and 7's are not available then should I use 6-6-6-8....... or 6-6-8-8.......? Am building primariy light and u.l. rods 7' and longer. Thanks: Den Re: Size 7 Berkley ss304 guides

I'd go 6-6-6-8, just to cut out some tip weight. Re: Size 7 Berkley ss304 guides

Thanks Ted:
That was my thought but I'm a neyophyte at 'the game'. It's nice to know that my instincts were correct. Den Re: Size 7 Berkley ss304 guides

Dennis,
For max performance, read the new guide concept article in the library above. A perfect way to set up an U/L, IMO Mike (Southgate, MI) If I don't want to, I don't have to and nobody can make me (except my wife) cuz I'm RETIRED!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
