Decal Connection customer service

This morning I sent an e-mail to Decal Connection. I attached my logo and wrote some instructions for the sheet of decals, along with my cell phone number.

Later on a lady tried to call me but I couldn't answer. I called back, got the machine, and left a message that I was by the phone. She called back a bit later and had some concerns about my logo. To make a long story short she was going to have them printed and sent out. If I liked them after seeing them she would get my credit card info then. I had to insist on giving her my card number in advance.

Simply amazing customer service! This was my first order with Decal Connection and I won't need to look anywhere else!

Chuck
