Thanks for the help Tom - you seem to know everything. I changed the image setting on my camera from 5 million megapixels to "email" and it loaded perfectly. Here's my hadle grip!

Right, using all those "megapixels" or taking high resolution shots for use on the interent is a waste of time - the internet can only display things in very low resolution form anyway. Large file sizes often "time out" or just take forever to download. The internet is a low resolution medium.

TIM!!!

THAT WAS AN AWESOME IDEA!!! I am going to use that on my next rod I assure you. Man that looks nice. And the best thing about it was like you said, a nice smooth line to the reel with your hand. My hat is off to you...fantastic job. What was the fore grip model number?

looks reallly good Tim! That is a really nice idea. I think that will fish really well, a nice thick spot to hold the rod by the reel. Good stuff!

Paul, the reel seat is the Fuji IPSM and the grip is the matching Fuji BGC8512C. Don't confuse it with the S16HKC "handle kit" which has a threaded hood that goes into a small cork foregrip - the IPSM has it's owm locking ring. I can't take any credit for idea, it came from Cedric Knuckey of Alaska Interior Custom Rods out of Inger Grove, Minnesota. He spends a lot of time Steelheading with a centerpin plus makes a trip to Alaska each year Salmon fishing. I guess he'd know what works.

Tim,
Thanks for the info I really appreciate it. I really like the smoothness and I bet it feels great in the hand too. I'll give Cedric a call and swap some info on Alaska fishing with him. Also, if you ever need any info on AK, drop me a line and I'll be more than happy to guide you in the right direction. The Steelheading up here is unbelievable in the spring. Take care Tim and thanks again sir.

Paul
