Signature V 4pc blanks

We have just received our first shipment of the new Signature V 4pc blanks!
We now have, in stock, 9'0" 4wts, 9'0" 5wts and 9'6" 6wts. These blanks are just as sweet as the old 3pc models (maybe sweeter!) and will make any fisherman proud. I have built the 4wt and 6wt and both are great casters with that same "finesse" light feel the Signature V blanks are known for. In addition, I found the new finish to almost meld with the Threadmaster rod finish I used for the first time! It was truly an easy build no doubt due to both the finish and the blanks.
I will be sending samples of these blanks to Steve Kartalia for CC testing and am anxious to hear the results.
Some improvements on the new blanks include; finer tip diameters (4wts will sport 4.0 tip tops and the 5wts and heavier will be no larger than 4.5).
Ferrule fit has been addressed and improved dramatically.
Finally, we feel the new matte clear finish is far and above any finish we have offered previously on the Signature V series.
As before we are striving to make sure that these are the straightest blanks you will find at any price!

Sounds great Dan!Can't wait to get my hands on a couple.

I got my hands on a couple of 3pc models with the Matte Clear finish before they dissappeared, and I have to say the Matte Clear finish is GORGEOUS.It is MUCH nicer than the previous sanded or spiral finishes, and definitely the nicest grey colored blanks I've seen yet.

Awesome Dan!

Do they still have the "exploded ferrules?" I think they look cool.

Ditto on the Matte Clear...very nice, but I am still partial to my spiral finish Sig V 10 wt! I'm probably a little biased though b/c it's sooo fun to cast. I wish my wife would let me build them all.

I'm getting ready to head up to the Karluk River river camp on Kodiak Island for a couple of months w/ ADF&G to give my FT's and Sig V's a real workout!!! Can't wait...I just have to find a tube to carry all my rods (that 4pc 10wt is already sounding good).

Keep 'em coming Dan!

Sure Dan......

Tempt us like that!

That's like waving cat nip in front of a cat.....

or a slow stupid gazelle in front of a lion.....

or a tumbler of whiskey in front of Churchill.....

You know we just CAN'T resist!

Ooooooh....That's not playing fair!

Are they up on your site?

Keith
