I did not anticipate that there would be such a rush on the 2007 International Rod Building Exposition. It's not scheduled to take place until next February. Still... as of today, 102 advance tickets have been sold. 97 hotel rooms have been reserved at the host hotel. And, Batson Enterprises returned their contract today comitting to 5 full booth spaces.

I did add extra rooms to our allotment at the host hotel, so we'll have 200 available. I'm assuming these will hold out for a few months.

Hard to believe we're still 10 months away. Well... actually a little less than 10 months at this point.

Who is sending out the contracts? NERBs are in for 1 booth space 100%, possibly 2. Wanna make sure we have good "seats", lol.

Contracts are in the mail now. I plan to have a floor plan done much earlier this year - probably around the end of September. That way I can include it as part of the show brochure literature that will be mailed to over 80,000 rod builders in late October.
