Well after I had the problem of a couple of wraps still being tacky after 3 days, I recoat the wraps to solve that and, Where I had touched the wraps several times to see if they were dry, The finish is fish eyeing.
Now I will sand and re-coat, My question is... Smoothie makes an epoxy product, Wouls a tiny drop in my finish work like it does in epoxy paint to prevent fish eyes?

but I used to "finger " the finnish too Then i found if i leave some finnish on the tin foil in the dryer with the rod i haven`t got to touch it just the tin foil so i can see if its dry or not just by touchoung foil (then passes the time away cleaning fingers )

First of all clean your wraps with Alchol to get rid of the greese, then you will have to sand off. Wait a couple of days for finish to harden some more or it may fluff up. Use very fine wet and dry1200 or Scotch Brite grey pads. Blow /brush dust off. Apply thinish coat and you are good to go. Use a flat high quality brush to do thinish coats. The brushes that come with flex coat are absolutaly useless for this job.

The fish eye preventer might work, but the amount to be used is something you'd have to consult with the maker on. On large paint batches you normally only use a tiny bit of that stuff so no a 6 cc total epoxy mix... I just can't say what the proper ratio of the product to the epoxy mix would be.

Obviously it's better not to touch your finished surfaces. Keep the cup your batch came from and touch the epoxy left in it to see what's going on with the cure.

Just food for thought. Most fish eye problems are caused by ( a contaminate) that has a silicon in it. Such as waxes, polishes or aerosol spray that contains a cleaner, polish/wax in it.
