Bill,
The Common Cents System (CCS) is a great method for finding the procise answer to your question. Just look up the way to measure a blank for the CCS and attach the plastic bag for pennies at the point on the blank where you plan to have your tip. The results will be accurate and comprehensive.

If you are not familiar with the CCS just refer to the second from top link on the left margin. Take your time studying it. The explaination is thorough. If specific parts dont make sense ou can run a search on the Forum or ask for assistance here.

We here on Rodbuilding.org are privileged to have this information at our disposal. It seems a shame for it to be right at our fingertips and yet used by so few.
