I've looked and can't find what I'm looking for. Is there anywhere that lists the butt & top sizes of the CTS line of blanks? Thanks.

Jay,
I am in the process of re-vamping the entire CTS catolog. At some point we will have all this information available, in the meantime, whatever you need, just email or call anytime and I'll be happy to provide! Andy Dear www.lamarfishing.com Re: CTS info

Thanks Andy. The catolog with specs for the entire line up would be most helpful and I'll await it's completion. In the mean time I'll email you with any specific questions I may come up with.
Right this very minute I am wondering about a 'popping' blank in the range of 6-10 or 8-12...light tip with a good 'lock up' ;-) I know you do popping blanks yourself...what do they have that you would suggest? Thanks! Jay Re: CTS info

Jay,
You didn't say specifically "where" you wanted the lockup to be, which is as important as how pronounced the lockup is. So, if you're looking for a blank that has more of a traditional (moderate) action, where the lockup is more subtle and further down the blank, take a look at the med. action spinning series in the 4lb. and 8lb categories. The 4lb. will be analogous to what we know as an 842 and the 8lb is more like an 844. We are currently working to further refine this series by adding and 841 an 843, and an 845. If you're looking for something with a quicker lockup (faster action) closer towards the tip and a stiffer mid section, then you'll want to look at the spinning series in the fast action or the baitcast series in the fast action. More specifically the 2 lightest models in each of those series. The difference between the two is that the Baitcast series is aproximately 20% stiffer in the mid section than the spinning series is. The Baitcast series is much more "hotshot" like, in fact in the longer lengths they make tremendous HotShot blanks and /or light surf blanks for throwing things such as 1oz. spoons and plugs in the surf. Feel free to email w/any questions. Regards, Andy Dear www.lamarfishing.com Re: CTS info

Thanks Andy. I like the faster actions for trout specific blanks. Can't wait to see the butt / tip measurements in the future. Thanks again.
