Michael and Billy,

Thank you for your vote of confidence and thank you for your Global Rod donation. Al and I will use the funds wisely. Some of our programs are already funded by various rod companies but this will allow us to branch out more to other organizations. Al is big in the optimists club and I have a scouting and teaching background. I think that's probably the direction we will be going next. We will keep you informed as we run our workshops. Next year we will add our extra support to the next group you decide to help out.
The NERBS group you guys started is a great place where rodbuilders can meet and hone their skills. I hope more builders start their own little groups. I see the craft growing and growing. New builders' skills and techniques are improving exponentially year after year. It would have been nice to have had a group like yours around here 30 years ago. Good job guys and thanks again.
