If you are referring to the old SilaFlex blanks, which Browning bought in the mid 70's, they have been out of production for nearly 20+ years. Browning's rods are currently made on oriental blanks supplied to a large corporation.

Hi,
I am looking for silaflex Blanks made by silaflex . Or Browning silaflex blanks,.

In South Africa we knew these blanks as silaflex Magnum blanks.

65 Magnum was 6'5" very light with a very long thin tip. All the action was in the tip.
70 Magnum was 7" also a very long thin tip with action mostly in tip but more back bone than the 65 magnum.
80 magnum was 8' also a long tip action in tip but much more back bone than 70 magnum.

I would apriciate any help in obtainning some of these blanks.

Thank you
