Because the National Rod Builders Show is the major event in the custom rod building craft each year, many of the manufacturers and dealers won't be able to respond to your calls and emails for the next several days. Many of these are small operations and won't have anyone left behind and many of the larger operations bring the bulk of their entire staff to the event.

For that reason, if you try to get in touch with a company and don't get an immediate reply - don't blow a fuse. They may be at the National Rod Builders Show and will be unable to respond to you until first of next week. Many of these firms travel quite a long distance so give them until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week to get back up to speed.
