You can tint with paint pigment. TAP or solids from Testor's bottle. But, you would not want to use this for coating a blank.

"Solids from a testors bottle"
Meaning take a "settled" testors brush paint, pour off the soilvent from the top and use the "bottom of the jar" to tint with. Correct? DR Re: Add colour to epoxy?

Check out this site---kensfishingrods.com, I am experimenting with this method to paint a blank myself. There are some good tips on this site, and info on applying it. Good Luck. Go Fishing; Enjoy The Solitude! M.C. Minor Re: Add colour to epoxy?

Right, just pour off the solvent and use the thick pigment in the bottom of the jar. It doesn't take much. Add drop by drop until you get the color/'shade you want.
