Not sure what you are asking? ARe you at work and afraid your time on a site will be logged? If that's the case - in my place - they only track "hits". Each time you go into a page it gets logged.
Son't ask how I know, lol. My boss called me in and scrolled down teh page with all my hits....adn teh little scroll bar on teh right didn't even move. It was LONG, lol. Needless to say, I lost internet use for a few years...adn still managed to make well over 10,000 posts on various boards, lol. Re: does staying logged on use server

No, you only use bandwidth while you're actually accessing the site. There is no need to log out unless you're worried that someone else will be using your computer and posting under your name. I stay logged in 100% of the time.
.......... Thanks Tom

Well, I'm not online all that much. I just pop over while I'm working on the magazine and see what's up. But I never bother to log off. I just put the computer to sleep or turn it off.
