I have been a big fan of Rod Bond since I first used it, however I have found a lot of uses for it besides rod building. I have used it for various household repairs including patching rubber boots. My newest endeaver, just completed, is patching shot holes in this years casualties of duck season , 4 decoys. Just curious to hear of any other innovative uses of Rod Bond.

It worked great for a filler on my lousy welding job making brackets for my swing arm lamps. I sanded it afterwards so the surface was smooth and then marbled them... Imagine that...

I use it on my kayaks all the time. Have also used it to reglue hub cap wheel center discs on a buddie's car. It's a great general purpose epoxy adhesive.

A friend of mine was so impressed with it, that he tried it to repair musical instruments and now uses it exclusively over the adhesives made for it. He repairs musical instruments for a living (mostly brass)

Shoe repair, such as when the outsole is peeling away from the midsole. Because it's flexible and very tough, it works great.

I let a friend borrow some to put his grips on his dirt bike. He kept complaining that every other glue he used eventually came loose. I don't think he'll have that problem any more...Randy.
