In an earlier post T.K. mentioned RM would go out 12/02. Just wondering if it should have been delivered by now. I'm in Daphne Alabama.

Thanks,
Steve

The scheduled delivery date is always the 28th of each even numbered month. Some will get it a little early and some a little later.

Presorted Standard rate mail (3rd class) does not move at the same rate as first class mail. It can sit in varioius ADC centers until enough for a particular area piles up and has to move. Movement of this rate is therefore somewhat haphazard and not everyone will get their copy at the same time. It can vary by several weeks in many cases.

I live in a well-populated area (100,000 households) in north-central Florida, with several Post Offices and a major USPS Distribution Center within 2 miles of Interstate-75, and my copy of RMM-8(6) did not arrive until Wednesday, Dec. 28th. It is just an over-burdened time of the year for the Post Office (and all delivery services for that matter). IMO, -Cliff Hall+++

I was just checking because the postman must've really liked one of my previous issues.
