Built a rod for my son. Shipped the rod to Oregon. In North Carolins touched the wrappings to make sure they were ok and they passed the test. Now that I'm in Oregon felt the wrapings again they feel a little sticky, not that they would leave a print butnot the hardness I expected. Am I loosing it? Re: sticky fingers
