Dear all,
thinking about the a.m. project to be finished on my Rainshadow IST1264 blank: Spiral wrapping seems for me to be a good idea after having done a stress test on a factory built Scierra 9'3 where the tip top flexed heavily to one side and even the line touched the blank between first and secon guide counted from tip top. But I have heared in this forum just about too many methods and do not know what method would be okay for the use of "my" rod to be used with wobblers and spoons (no trolling or any specialty fishing method as it seems to be common nower days in the US). To be honest I' am totally confused but quite confident to get some good help here. RGDS, Ole Re: Best spiral method for 10'6 steelhead/baitcasting ????

I've used several spiral wrap methods. All seem to work. Can't say one is better than another. Last few I did I used the Simple Spiral with bumper wrap thing just because it was so easy to set up and seems to work every bit as well as any other spiral wrap. I am new to the spiral wrap styles but IMHO bumper, bumper, bumper!
It's not called the "simple spiral" for nothing and it works great! Hey Ole, Email me directly if you want or if you get stuck and need a hand ASAP call me at 916-422-5531 before 10:00pm PST Raymond Adams Eventually, all things merge, and a river runs through it..
