National Rod Builders Show Vendor Addition

Angler's Resources (Fuji) has purchased booth space at the National Rod Builders Show. I'm very happy to have them on board as it pretty much rounds out the major players in the rod building component business - American Tackle, Batson Enterprises, Pacific Bay and now Fuji. (Maybe we can get Sevier and CUI on board next year).

I do want to mention that booth sales absolutely close on December 28th. No booths will be sold after that date. Same for the rod builder tables. We need to get the floor plan drawn up and don't want to go through the hassle we did last year with some signing on the week before the event. Again, December 28th is the final day that booth space can be purchased.

In fact, while booth sales have been on fire, the tables set aside for rod builders have not gone over well. I had many builders the past two years tell them that they'd like to display, but they did not feel they could afford the price of a booth. So, the tables were offered this year at 1/2 the cost of a full booth. So far, just 3 takers. The cost is so low, that anyone hoping to display to the public (or other builders) would be hard pressed to find this type of exposure for so little money by any other advertising or marketing means.

Beyond that, things have shaped up really, really well. The world's largest rod building event will be even bigger and better this year.

Tom:
Will Fuji be selling products or just displaying them?

Displaying only. There will be several dealers there, however, that do sell Fuji products. That's how it works - you can see about anything the manufacturers have on display, and if you want, walk over to one of the dealers and buy the same item.

WOW! To get Fuji out to communicate with custom builders is really a COUP!

Congratulations!

When you arrange the floor set up it might be helpful to know that " 14' Clyde " speaks fluent Japanese.

Angler's Resources is the Fuji importer here in the U.S. I didn't get any sense that anybody Fuji would actually be there, but all the Fuji products will be and Carl knows them inside and out.
