Marcel... I used this finish on my last four rods and will be using it until I find something I like better. I've gotten excellent results with it. I ordered it from one of the sponsors, but can't remember which one... senior moment, I guess. I haven't used the Rod Smith epoxy glue yet, because I still have a nice stock of another brand. Have you used the glue? Regards, Vance

I tried some that they sent me as a free sample, worked well, not as thick as Rod Bond ,but thicker than the 5 min epoxies I've tried. It will move around some as it's a slow cure like Rod Bond, sets a faster I think..

The PacBay finish turns yellow pretty quickly like all the others.

Hello
The U40 LS Supreme and LS High Build epoxy products are non yellowing finishes that are highly UV light resistant and have been tested in Florida Sunlight. These finishes remain flexible, clear drying and tough epoxy finishes. The LS Supreme is intended to be a two coat finish and can be used as a one coat finish if a very high build is not required. The newer LS High Build finish is intended to be a one coat finish that can be applied to achieve a high build or all the way down to a low build. LS High Build has excellent leveling characteristics.
Sincerely Joe Kassuba
