I know that I have seen information on changing the color of a rod blank but can not for the life of me find it now. Where can I find info on this and is it even recomended? I am trying to come up with some orginal ideas on a rod for my son that is a huge Univerisity of Texas fan. ( hookem' horns). I was thinking of a burnt orange blank with white and black wraps. any suggestion would help to. I also want to say thanks to all that have replied to my other question before everyone has been a great help.
Merry Christmas to everyone and my God bless each and everyone of your families. Kevin Re: Changing blank color

People have had good luck with the polyurethane auto paints and the Krylon paint for plastics. I'm sure there are others. Re: Changing blank color

I own a body shop and refinish or change the colors of blanks regularly. If you have any problems or questions feel free to email me.
