After my 3rd coat of finish on some wrapsI have some pock marks. If I put another coat on will it cover up those pock marks? Thanks for the help.

Finishes rarely cover underlying flaws - generally they tend to magnify them. I'm not sure what you mean by pock marks. PermaGloss creates an eggshell look itself.
If you have some sort of bad pits or holes, then something may be repelling the additional coats, or you've waited too long between applications. .......... Re: pock marks on perma-gloss fisnish

Tom,
Not sure what you mean by eggshell effect. What I have looks like the finish didn't completly cover over some spots. There aren't pits or holesIt was the 3rd coat and it was 24 hours from the 1st coat. Re: pock marks on perma-gloss fisnish

Okay, on PermaGloss you can recoat and in fact, should recoat, within a hour or so. Unless it's particularly dry in your location, you may be creating problems by waiting that long between applications. Permagloss dries upon exposure to moisture in the air (I know that sounds odd, but it's true) and there is a bit of a window that you have open in which to apply subsequent coats. I know some people come back weeks later and put on another coat with no problems, but I also know many who have trouble if the underlying coat/s has progressed too far into the drying stage.
So, how do you fix what you have now? I would suggest scuffing with Scotchbrite and then just dusting off the surface (don't wipe it with anything, least of all some sort of alcohol or solvent) and then recoating. Wait an hour and recoat. See if that helps. Hopefully the pits and pocks aren't so bad that they'll show after you've done this. ...................... Re: pock marks on perma-gloss fisnish

What you may have (in automotive painting) is called fish eye in your finish, caused by contaminents as silicons, wax, grease or oil. It may have happened when someone sprayed silicon or spay wax in the area or just oily fingers. What you would need to do is clean the area first with a good solvent to remove any wax or grease then scotchbrite as Tom said. If you sand first all you will do is move the cantaminent around. They make a product to add to paint when it happens while painting a car called fish eye eliminator, but we have nothing like that for what we do. Finish work done in a non-contaminated environment is a good defense for this kind of problem.
