I am trying to replace a guide on st croix avid series casting rod mode#AC66MF, it has high frame castin guides that look like fuji's,but it is a black frame, with what apears to be an SIC ring, are these pac-bay guides, or what?, and where can I get some to match?

That is going to be hard for someone to say, without seeing the guide. At one time they used some Pac Bay guides, but I think they now went with Fuji. You may want to contact someone at St. Croix and tell them what you are in the process of doing and ask them what it is. Obtain a model number and someone should then be able to help you or they just might send you one.
