After researching the wrappers suggested by the board [ $300.00 range],I've come to the conclusion that any of them will do what I'm looking to do....I guess my next concern is how relieable [sp] the chucks are.I'm sure that the chucks provided would be OK but I'd like to get the best value for the dollar.I seem to be leaning towards the Forecast wrap01but I haven't heard or read a lot about this model...
thanks for your time

I sure hope some of the sponsors are reading these questions on power wrappers. A hands on in Charlotte sure would be a nice addition to the show. Give people a chance to do some comparison shopping.

With the exception of the Custom Power Wrap machine, all the others will be on hand in Charlotte at the National Rod Builders Show. This is an excellent opportunity to really twist, tweak, turn and feel the various units.

Also, a complete Renzetti Rod Lathe and a complete American Tackle power wrapper will both be given away as door prizes at the RodMaker Magazine reception on Saturday evening.
