I'm sorry, but if this was me, I would demand that they pay the shipping fee on both of the returned blanks.
That shouldn't be your out-of-pocket expense if they're that badly out of whack??? I'd be very firm on that with them...if it was me in this situation. Putter Williston, ND Re: is it just me???

well guys i called today the supervisor was more then helpful he listened to me and issued a call tag and best of all there going to check the blanks in that model that they have there. just like he said two times in a row just doesent seem right but on my dum part i started the grips marble and wraps on the back before i got a good look at the tip so there going to build a new tip for the back half he said that will take about two weeks.... my fault..... talked the customer into a differnt rod i had in stock so he will be fishing this weekend and now im the proud owner of a new rod... tight wraps guys i hope they find what happened thanks R.crabtree Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
