I use glitter in my flexcoat quite a bit. I am not doing a rod which needs purple glitter. I have everything mudhole offers but chartreuse and black. Can't seem to find purple anywhere. I have fuchsia but it won't do in this case. Does anyone know if there is a sponsor who has it in purple? I fully expect someone to suggest Michael's but the problem is that I live nearly 100 miles from the nearest one that I know of. Kinda need to order it online and have it shipped if at all possible. Thanks....

Steve, I use a glitter from Michael's. This is an "Ultra Fine" and work great. Crystal Glitter is the brand name and for the purple I have the color is "Planetary Purple". If I remember correctly I found this in the area of the store where they have rubber stamps. Hope this helps you. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 10/16/2005 04:06PM by Jim Rippe. Re: Purple Glitter

Steve,
Good timing. I got my purple glitter last year at a Halloween costume store. Try that if there is one in your area. Re: Purple Glitter

If the guy can't find it why don't someone pick it up and stick it in an envelope for the guy? Re: Purple Glitter

A beauty supply place has purple glitter - Sally Beauty Supplies - don't look around in there to much or you can spend all your cash - Personnal Hair Shaper Blades - Tweezerman Cuticle Knipprs - Sanding Boards - uV protection for thread wraps - Thread packers (cuticle pushers) - Scissors n on n on n on! Don't blink an eye or tell them what you are buying all this stuff for when you go out the door. One thing just do not leave that little bottle of purple glitter open on your bench with a cat in the room!! Been there done that!
