Line for 10' 10wt Dan Craft FT

Any suggestions for a line for this as a switch rod? I searched Bob Meiser's old posts and could only find lines for a 1008-4FT...

Thinking a Delta Spey 7/8 or 8/9...

but just got a great price on some Delta Spey Traditionals in 7/8 and 8/9...and I could also get a Rio Windcutter in 7/8/9 or 8/9/10...or I could just get a single-hand line...or ???

So, what works on yours? :)

Scott,
I don't have your rod but another switcher from Bob Meiser for a 9/10 line.
For me a Delta Traditional and also the Delta feels too long for that rod. I fish Guideline Power Taper Scandinavian shooting heads on my rod. I've cut it to around 35' and it casts very good.
The Guidelines are pretty good shooting heads but better are the Vision ACE heads. I'm not shure if they are availible in US. I didn't cast the Rio Scandinavian heads but I think they should work well when cut back ... also the Loop heads.
For sinking lines I've build my own line system. I have different length line bellys with nearly same specific weight as the T14 tip material and combine these with T14 tips of 12' to 24'. A line combination is between 32' and 36' in length. With this system I can adapt my lines perfect to water depth and flow.

I have a 10' 8wt. 4-piece switch rod built from Dan Craft blanks. Bob Meiser suggested the Rio integrated shooting head Outbound 11 weight floating line. The head is 460 grains, which both he and Dan Craft felt the blank could handle. The line handles beautifully, and casts a mile on my Albright EXS 9', 9wt., though I find it a bit much for my 1008; however, it would probably fit the 10 weight perfectly... a suggestion. Charlie

Forgot to mention that I have a Rio Anadromous Dredger system for sinking line presentations, and that has 200, 300, 400, and 550 grain 24' tips...so I should be OK with that side of things..

Now just looking for a floater that will allow me to manage a lot of line on the water and also in the air :)
