wrap finish over CA glue

I could not find anything about this using the search option. I was thinking of using some CA glue to hold down some metallic (sulky) thread and then finish over it. I am trying a sample now but I won't be sure if there are any incompatibilities between the two for several days. Has anybody used CA glue on thread or anything else and finished over it with or without problems. The CA does not appear to discolor the metalic thread. The finish is LS supreme.

thanks

No problems.

Better to have and not need than to need and not have.
