I'm with you, I love the stuff also after being put onto it by Doc Ski. I use both Rod bond and Flexcoat Rodbuilders epoxy, they both have a place in my workshop.

I have and use both of them. I'll probably use 20 times in Rod Bond for what I use the Flex Coat for, though. The beauty of Rod Bond is that it doesn't flow while setting up. One clean up and I'm done. I still use the FC, but not nearly as much as I did before Rod Bond.

I'm with Putter on this one. They both have their uses but Rod Bond's gel consistancy and the room for error in mixing makes it head up the best Rodbuilding epoxy available, IMO

I think that this brings up the old debate of which arbors you use, if using the flexcoat arbors or tape I prefer the Flexcoat rodbuilders epoxy but when it comes to graphite arbors and grips I prefer the rod bond for obvious reasons.

Myle,
Just curious, why would the type of arbors make a difference?? I use Rod Bond with Flexcoat arbors
