Looking at your photos, I'd say you've "high graded" them pretty well. The CG2 in the photo has a ring or two that is borderline CG1. The CG3 would certainly be high end CG3, almost but not quite, borderline CG2. Looks pretty good to me.

I should have mentioned, that there is not an infinite supply of this. We've purchased all this particular supplier had...once it's gone, we'll have to find another source for cork of this quality.

Bleaching hides imperfections and makes it look pretty and white. Unbleached let's you see what you're really getting. Most manf. sell bleached cork because iot gets rid of color blemishes etc...
