I've searched the photo site but haven't found much so please, can you rodpainters share some pictures of your magnificent work with us newbies so we can see what it should look like.

I should look like a blank with solid paint. The CTS site has a few pages with colored blanks.

I have been using black and clear epoxy paints as I described earlier with no problems for many years now. Yes, they are either glossy black, or glossy clear.
