Is this the fellow in Canada? Ontario? I had heard that his house burned down and that he is having to take care of all the related problems that would bring on.

I think it was a neighbors house that burned down and caused some problems. I don't believe any damage was dome to Rich's place.

Hope all is well, he is a nice guy and quite helpful.

The fire was to the garage & house next door which did cause some disruption to communications etc at the time back late April early May.

I have been emailing him for a long time now re certain unresolved issues and his non replys certainly don't do him any favours. He always seemed to be a good guy & was always good to deal with. Still prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt at this stage since I don't know what the real reason is for it all.

Hope it all comes right sometime soon for him & his customers.

John

I Too sent him a couple of emails ,but with no reply.and having dealt with richards rod and reel in the past without any problems feel that it must be either a holiday ,family commitments or if hes very lucky some fishing.
After all everyones entitled to a holiday.

(and if only someone would tell that to my boss)

Richard's house did burn in the fire. He's going through a bad time with insurance adjusters.
