Rafeal being from that part of the world may not have a last name, or first as the case may be some times. Would you consider sending him a personal email to explain why you keep removing his post. Or maybe putting it under my name. It also may be from his obvious broken speech that de doesn't understand the requirements for posting.

I didn't remove his post. One of the moderators did and there is no email address for Rafael listed here. That's one of the reasons it was pulled.

I believe he read the rules and reposted just above. At least there is another post there from another "Rafael" which has been answered. Thanks for the concern.
