I see all the photos in this site and I see all the art work. This is the best art work I seen. Im just starting to fix and make rods. I would really like to know what book would teach me that ( dragon,rose,tuna) . I'd sure like someones help on that. Thanx guy. Custom Rod Thread Art by Dale Clemens is about your best bet. It has some of the patterns you've seen on the photo page and some basic instruction, although many find it hard to follow. Best bet is to attend a show and watch somebody do it live and in person. I know you can learn first hand at the big show in Charlotte next Feb. or maybe one of the CDs or tapes from Doc Ski or somebody. Re: thread art

There are a lot of fine thread artists in TX. Maybe one of them will see your post and invite you for some one on one help. I dont know where your are but It might be worth a shot to check the directory and see if someone in nearby to help. Never hurts to ask. ps sorry I mispelled you name.
