Used LS Supreme for the first time and would like to know if I need to prep it to put a second coat on a thread wrap after 48 hours has ellapsed????? I did a thread wrap/epoxy and now need to affix a sticker and epoxy over the entire thing again and was wondering if I need to scuff up the LS with sandpaper or anything before putting on a second coat???
thanks

Your window of opportunity to do this without any surface prep is getting thin. If you do it tonight, go ahead just as you are. If this is something you'll do tomorrow, better to scuff with some 3M Scotchbrite first. (Do NOT wipe with any sort of solvent /alcohol.)

Do you mean a sticker as in one of the fish stickers or a decal that has transparent areas in it?? I THINK that if you put a decal over the scuffed /dull area, when you apply the finish coat over the decal, the part underneath it will be dull and stand out! Decals that have transparent areas need to go over a gloss finish.

Its a RL Winston sticker (white with lettering). I did the tread wrap.Epoxied it and now need to put on the sticker and epoxy over both the sticker and the entire thread wrap.
Thanks
