Phoenix rod blanks

I have a problem maybe some of you good folks my help out with.I have this guy wanting me to build a flippin stick using a phoenix rod blank but i can not find them do you think any body knows were to get them.I would like to thank each and every one of you who has helped me out in the past. I am new to rod building but since i am disabled and like to fish i thought it would be a great hobbie and make some extra money to support my fishing habbit.So i like to say thanks again to every one.

I would bet that you would not be able to get one of their blanks to build on. Many of the companies that make a finished rod and do make their own blanks, will not let you buy just their blank.
