Looking for a fast actioned 9' crisp blank for Mr Bones in 7 wt. Not regretfully fully familiar with the CC system so can't give action angle. Customer is going to Andros if I remember rightly and the Turks and Cacos Islands ( sorry for Spelling) He is a reasonable caster. Any input as ever greatfully appreciated. Now IF Austins were still available piece of cake to sort out, but they aint so back to the drawing board.
Thanks Mike OLiver Re: 4 piece 7 wt fly blank for Bones please Around $150

Easy question. Dan Craft, if he has a 4 piece. I like to overload the blanks, so might recommend a 6 or a 5 for a 7 weight line. Re: 4 piece 7 wt fly blank for Bones please Around $150

Mike, check out the new Rainshadow RX8+ blanks. They are 4 pc blanks, very fast and feel really good. I'm not sure what they retail for but several of the sponsors carry them I believe.

Thanks Don and Jeff.
The new Dancraft FT is in the frame I guess with the RX8+. I got a private email extoling the virtues of the FT so I am going to put both options to my customer and see which way he leans. Your assistance is appreciated. Will let you know what finished rod turns out like. Karry appreciate your very fast responce to my question also. Tight lines Mike O.
