I think strippers prefer BRass poles, not graphite rods. Much smoother surface for them to spin aronnd on. Re: Stripper Trolling blank

Bill, your spelling is right on the money this time! ..........Billys head is in" teh gutter" again.
I don't know a thing about FW stripers but if you hit the salt with tube ,worm and wire, try out the BT857S. Mike (gotta love fridays) Re: Striper Trolling blank

Hi Bill- I like the Rainshadow:
SW967 Trns.Blk / M Clear 8'0" 1 15-25lb. 3/4-4oz. 0.680 7.5 Mod-Fast Med-Hvy 5.42oz. $50.00 *SW967F Trns.Blk / M Clear 8'0" 2 15-25lb. 3/4-4oz. 0.645 7.0 Mod-Fast Med-Hvy 5.65oz. $55.00 The SW967F is a 2 piece... new in Batson's lineup for 2005. I spiral wrapped a SW 967 last year and it is a sweet trolling rod. Hi Bill,
We like the Batson E Glass 7' Swb70-L or SWB70-ML. They are very durable, not too heavy, good backbone but forgiving tips. Pete-I suppose you're booked with no space available through 2010? Could use a little therapy on the subject-haven't wet a line since September. Putter Williston, ND Re: Striper Trolling blank

Pete
Like batsons blanks. Was looking for a blue one. But don't like the blues companies paint there blanks. Tried tinting some permagloss with a blue tint, lightened it with a little white??!! Think I will paint one with an auto " Metallic Blue " looks a lot nicer. Then about two coats of two part urethane. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
