I have had some nice decals made up by Decal Connection (thanks, Jimi). I left a space to enter the serial number, size, and line weight. I'm trying to find a way to enter the information in silver with a fine line width. The 0.7 mm art pen that I got from the art store is too wide and I get get the silver drawing ink to flow from a regular nib. If this continues to be a problem, can I put decals of the numbers on top of the base decal, i.e., to put in the length, put a "8 ft 9 in" decal on?

No reason that I know of! I think that I would put a thin coat of finish between them though

You might want to look for a Rapidograph pen, I think they have .5mm tips. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
