Best source for weave patterns?

Afternoon folks,
Just wondering if there was a book or sight available for different weave patterns. I see that a couple sponsors sell hem for about $20 a piece and can't see paying that. Getting a little more involved in weaving but not enough to get my money's worth of those. Have done some graph paper transfers but am not exactly satisfied with that yet. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, John-Michael Re: Best source for weave patterns?

John-Michael, give Doc Ski an email at docski377@aol.com he has a huge list of patterns at a very reasonable price, and knowing Doc along with the patterns you will be able to call on his vast knowledge and skill. Re: Best source for weave patterns?

I have to agree with Myles, Doc has the biggest and best selection of weave pattens for sale anywhere bar none. And, they include left lists!!! Re: Best source for weave patterns?

Yes, buying patterns can get expensive and you're limited to someone else's imagination. If you're going to be doing this over the long haul, I'd recommend getting the back issue of RodMaker that has the "how-to" on making your own patterns. Eventually, that will set you free to make any design you want and for very little money.

Thanks for evryones responses both on and off board looks like I have found some gret options. I definately am going to have to subscribe to RodMaker in looking through the backissues I assume it was Volume 5, #4. If not just lt me know. Got a list from Doc and he had far more available than I had ever hoped. Literally hundreds available at just a fraction of the cost. Thanks again everyone.

Not only does Doc have a great list of patterns but is most generous with his vast knowledge of weaving. Thanks again Doc!
