Over the past seven years we have been developing our own series of specific use "Trademarked ~ Switch Rod" blanks for our in-shop RB Meiser custom built rods.

"Switch Rods" are fly rods that have tapers specifically designed to be utilized for classic single hand double haul overhead, two hand overhead, and single/two hand change -of -direction "spey" deliveries.....For use in fresh water stream/stillwater, and shallow salt water applications.

We will now offer these blanks to the rod-builder and blank supplier. These blanks have been a long time in the works, and for those that have been awaiting them <> I appreciate your patience.

We will have them available as 10'6" and 11'6" 4 pc. blanks.

Both the 10'6" and 11'6" blanks can also be used as "Switch Rod" <> Jig & Float or Centerpin blanks.

All are fast/medium fast recovery, progressive tapers<>Progressive actions.

The 10'6" 4 pc blanks are now available in the following grain windows:

Note: Line weights first given are those typical of short belly spey and two handed shooting head line tapers <> Followed by those typical of advanced grain weight forward single hand (SH) line tapers.
