Finishing Glue Not Drying

It seems my last posting was lost...
My problem is with my finishing coat on my wraps. It has been 3 days and the coat is not dry. Any idea why this would happen? I am using Pac Bay Finishing Glue (A and B). Any help to figure this out and get it dry would be appreciated. Thanks a lot...

As most pointed out, such problems are usually caused by an inaccurate measurement of the two epoxy parts. You must get an exact mix, 1 to 1, of both parts.

Assuming that you're not working in an unusually cool place (this can slow down the cure time), I'd mix a fresh batch of epoxy finish (not glue) and measure out at least 3cc's of each part. Mix slowly for a full 4 minutes. Then apply a thin application over what you have now. That should take care of the problem.

Mix it in a cup, not on a flat surface. You can put it on a flat surface after mixing for two good reasons. It allows more working time as the epoxy finish won't build as much heat as in a cup and the bubbles will release better in this thinner form on the flat surface.
