What kind of glue - removable handle?

OK, want to try various handle configurations on a rod. Most suggest epoxy for the grip which is difficult to reverse. If I want to try various different configurations in my grip, what kind of glue should I use that can be easily removed. For example, is there any glue that can easily be softened using a hair dryer and thus, allow simple removal?
Thanks again for all the incredible help. Mo Re: What kind of glue - removable handle?

What about just putting tape on the blank and turning handles on with a tight fit just to play with. Easyer then glueing Re: What kind of glue - removable handle?

The biggest problem you may face is if you want to save the grip when removing it. It would take a very long time for the heat from a hair dryer to penetrate the grip and soften anything. You might want to try maybe just putting some 5 minute epoxy on either end of the grip. That would keep it in place and still allow you to get to it to remove it. I have been using a product called Weldbond to put on my grips. It is a white glue type product and I haven't had any problems with the grip loosening and if I want it off the rod I just put it in a pot of boiling water.

Wow, you guys are great. Just posted and 3 responses.
Q on the boiling water - won't that damage the blank? I'm using Dan Craft's FT. Thought I read somewhere that blanks, boiled, would fall apart into the individual carbon fibers. Dan, if you are reading this - are your blanks 'boilable'? :) Thanks, Mo Re: What kind of glue - removable handle?

first i would try like bill said, sometimes just 1 turn of tape will make the grip very secure. or maybe you could try hot glue on each end. good luck. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
