double foot guide???????

i dont build a lot of bass rods but im down to wrapping the last four and there size 6 and they lean back a little are they supposed tp be like that there fuji hardloy thanks in advance R.crabtree

I have size 8 double foot hardloy guides left from many years ago. They're straight; not leaning back at any angle.

now i dont understant putter my 8's are straight its only the 6's that are leaning back weird but maybe someone else knows more about this

i did a little but if you bend to much and aggresive it will pop the ring out............ not goin there my last bunch and its crunch time

If the guide feet are level with the blank and the angle of the guide ring isn't too crazy, I'd just wrap them if you're at crunch time. Seems a bit strange though...
