Compliment and a stupid question

I just got a spinning reel seat from Les Frieberg at insertbyles.com. First I have to say it looks amazing. He was really quick and the insert looks great. This is only the third rod I've built and I've got my first question for you guys. Do I epoxy the hood and insert before I put it on the blank? I'm assuming I glue it and let it cure before I mount it on the blank, but I don't want to mess up Les's fine work with a stupid mistake.. I've got my graphite bushing cut down so the fit should be real solid. Thanks in advance for the help! Re: Compliment and a stupid question

I would put the seat together and then mount it on the rod. I guess you could do it either way, but I think it would be easier to assemble the seat first. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
